Raised in rural North Carolina, comics, cartoons, and other stories were how I explored the wider world. I found comfort and community in the worlds on the page and screen. Eventually a love for these stories drove me to seek out art and storytelling as a career and passion.
After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, I relocated to Edinburgh Scotland to reconnect with my familial roots and further my education in sequential art and illustration. While studying at The University of Edinburgh, I’ve worked to further develop my skills as a comic book artist and storyteller. I like to explore themes of death, change, and redemption in my artwork and the stories I tell.
